Silver Pine Real Estate was founded in 2007. The goal was to create a real estate team who could work together to provide the greatest value to our clients.
Our business is real estate brokerage, dealing in the sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties. We also specialize in corporate employee relocation and offer relocation consulting services. We distinguish ourselves through our "team" concept. Our "team" is small but widely diversified. It represents several ethnic origins, languages, diverse educational backgrounds, a spectrum of professional experience and varied international perspectives. The "team" members have their own individual interests in certain segments of the business but they all overlap to contribute their own viewpoint toward the success of any given transaction. It is this combination of individuality plus team collaboration that is our most unique strength.
Our philosophy is to truly partner with our clients by building an in-depth understanding of their requirements, preferences and restrictions. We focus on showing them properties or finding them buyers which fit their parameters as closely as possible to make the process as efficient and stress-free as we can. We accomplish this by constantly researching market conditions and changes involving all aspects of the complete transaction. We also maintain an extensive library of professional service providers to whom we can refer the client should they require specific assistance (legal, finance, inspections, etc).
We are a locally owned, independent company. Decisions are made right here. We live here, work here, and raise our families here. Members of the company are active in our communities, serving on boards and committees, chairing fundraisers and volunteering in the classroom. We invest our time and money in Fairfield County, Connecticut. We are committed to helping build a great community and a great place to live.
