Shalini S. Madaras was born and raised in Bombay, India. She has resided and spent a great deal of time in several Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Her overseas work experience includes Saatchi and Saatchi Public Relations, United Airlines and Gulf Airlines. Ms. Madaras moved to the United States in 1993 with her family. She has been in the real estate business since 1999. A strong believer in community involvement, she presently serves on the following boards:

Staff Sergeant Juliet Taylor is an 8 year US Army National Guard Veteran. Months after her training, she was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II.
Juliet is a natural leader. She is energetic, innovative and detail oriented. Her experience with the Military include being a Senior Garrison Chaplain Assistant, Patient Administration Specialist, 118th Medical Battalion, Balad, Iraq and Newington, Connecticut. Her military commendations include 3 NCO Professional Development Ribbons and an Army Service Ribbon, as well as citations for service in a war-zone and in the global war on terrorism.

Seema Saksena was raised in Kolkata, India before moving to the United States with her family. Her education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Seema speaks several Indian languages fluently including Hindi, Bangla, Gujarati, Marwari and Nepalese. Ms. Saksena joins us with extensive experience in real estate, owning and managing several of her own properties overseas and in the US. She has volunteered as a teacher of the Indian language and culture to the Young Indian Culture Group in Long Island and has organized several International programs at the Wilton Public Library.
