.........I have happily used Silver Pine Realty for three very successful transactions. Each time I have received wonderful treatment. Everything was accomplished professionally, easily and swiftly.
The first purchase was a new condominium being built on the water in Norwalk. I was buying it for my parents, one of whom was handicapped. Shalini Madaras negotiated with the builder and his realtor to get everything I needed for a handicapped condo. The final product was a beautiful place. Unfortunately, my parents were too ill by the time it was built to move in. I again turned to Silver Pine to sell the condo. Shalini quickly got it on the market and it sold within months, giving me a huge return on my investment.
     While the condo was being built, I needed to sell my parents house in New Haven. Silver Pine found me the perfect realtor in New Haven. Together we spruced up the house, resulting in four bids the first week it was on the market. We ended up selling it for more that it was listed. My parents and I were amazed at the result.

We will always be grateful to you for the extraordinary effort you put in for more than a year and a half to sell our house.  We had no idea when we listed it in August of 2008 that the bottom was about to fall out of the housing market.  All of a sudden, nothing in town was moving.  Your efforts to market the house during this period lacked for nothing, spanning the range from online ads and video, to print ads, signage (and we agree with our neighbors who commented that your Silver Pine signs are the most tasteful in town), to repeated open houses for realtors and the public.  Your sage advice about how to price the house was right on, and your diplomatic counsel to make a price adjustment led to a significant increase in traffic and interest.

      This sale was not an easy one for you.  You delivered buyers to us three different times, and though the sale didn't go through twice for reasons completely unrelated to your efforts, you never wavered in your energy and dedication to working with us to get it sold, always looking out for our best interests.  Not to mention the dozens of times you went above and beyond to help us get some house-related work done, or came back at off-hours to let someone into the house.  Your follow-up, great communication with us, untiring energy and positive, can-do outlook made the long ordeal so much more pleasant, and in fact, you were key to helping us negotiate an improved final deal that made the long wait to sell much more worthwhile.

"..In the fall of 2010, as power of attorney for an individual no longer competent, I sought to list for sale several properties which the inidvidual owned in Weston and Westport, CT.
